  • This clothing size chart is free and is paid for by ads from Google.
  • We do not count visitors with cookies, tracking pixels or third-party services.

Hosting and server logs

The website runs on a virtual server provided by OVH GmbH (St.-Johanner-Strasse 41–43, 66111 Saarbruecken, Germany; parent company OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France). The server is located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser identification) in log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation, defense against attacks). Logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

Visitor counts without tracking

We use the same log files to see how often our pages are opened. No cookies, no tracking pixel and no third-party service are involved. To group page views roughly into visits, a daily key is derived from the IP address and browser identification; it exists only in memory and is never stored. The resulting statistics contain no IP addresses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in knowing which content is in demand).

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we process your message and sender details solely to answer your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual matters. We delete messages once they are no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.

Local storage in your browser

When you enter body measurements in the calculator or the measurement log, your browser stores them in local storage on your device so that you do not have to type them again. This data is never transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time with “Delete all measurements” in the measurement log or through your browser settings. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG (German implementation of the ePrivacy Directive), as the storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested.

Consent box

On your first visit we ask you in our own dialog whether advertising cookies may be used. We store your answer in your browser's local storage (entry gk-einwilligung) so that we do not ask again and can demonstrate your choice. No cookie is sent to a server for this. Legal basis: Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR.

Google AdSense

When ads are shown on this website, they are delivered through Google AdSense, a service of Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may use cookies and similar technologies and process data such as your IP address, device and browser information and your interaction with ads in order to serve ads, measure their performance and prevent fraud.

If you consented, Google may also tailor ads to you. The legal basis for storing and reading information on your device is Section 25(1) TDDDG, and for the further processing Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Without your consent we explicitly request non-personalized ads from Google and set all advertising consent signals to “denied”.

Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: How Google uses data from sites that use its services and Google Privacy Policy. You can also manage personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

Google Ads conversion tracking

If we advertise this website with Google Ads: To measure how those ads perform we use Google Ads conversion tracking – only with your consent. It records whether you visited this website after clicking one of our ads. We only receive aggregated statistics, never information that identifies you personally. Legal basis: Section 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestrasse 2–4, 40213 Duesseldorf, Germany.
